“This hotel provided an exceptional experience. The receptionists were exceptionally courteous and hospitable. Alexia, in particular, assisted us with a complex transportation issue when our vehicle experienced a breakdown. The bar area and its staff are also commendable, offering an outdoor seating option for enjoying beverages and coffee. The breakfast was also of high quality. Overall, this is a modern and well-maintained hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend.”

“This has long been our favorite hotel of all the hotels we’ve visited in France. Since far before the renovations that catapulted it from 3-star to 4-star status. We still stop here twice or three times a year on our way to the south and back, and have never been disappointed. The location is superb; right in the center, but surprisingly not at all noisy. The service is friendly, as well as incredibly helpful. The refurbished rooms are beautifully appointed, and the breakfast is incredible. Smoked salmon, crispy bread rolls, American pancakes, crepes and even panna cotta. Okay, maybe the coffee could be better, but that’s it. In the cooler months we enjoy cocktails in the bar, but as soon as summer arrives we head for drinks on the roof. There’s a spa too, but we have yet to use it. Maybe next time.”

The staff went above and beyond—they even visited a local macaron shop, set everything up beautifully in the room, and created a memory my wife will never forget. Their effort and thoughtfulness deserve five stars. As for the hotel itself, I stay at around 100 Marriott properties each year and hold top-tier status, so I have high standards. This Best Western met—and even exceeded—those expectations. The room was immaculate, the entire property was spotless, and the staff was exceptional throughout our stay. If I return to Nancy, this Best Western will be my only choice.”
